By hiring What Madness Productions, LLC, you agree to these terms. These terms govern the provision of video production and creative content services.
What Madness Productions, LLC will perform the services described in the specific Statement of Work (SOW). We reserve the right to adjust production plans as needed based on creative direction, location availability, weather, and other practical constraints.
Invoices are due upon receipt or within the timeframe specified in the SOW (typically Net-15 or Net-30). Late payments may result in a pause of services and scheduling.
The client must provide timely approvals, creative direction, and any necessary access to brand assets and distribution channels required to perform the work.
Services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to [email protected].
